In the evening in winter, our experienced kitchen team of our boutique hotel in Saalbach Hinterglemm will serve you an incredible 4-course menu. Typical delicacies such as Gröstl, cheese dumplings, Kaiserschmarrn, and Dampfnudeln as well as international delicacies find their place on the menu. We serve a 3-course menu to children up to the age of 15, and, of course, we also take into account any food intolerances or dietary concerns.
